NEANDERTHAL D.I.Y. festival

"ChaosBar, Freedom in Fire, Sux To Be You and Neanderthal Distro have joined forces in order to bring up this one-day festival.
It all actually came quite spontaneously, but in the end resulted in organizing this massive festival. Freedom in Fire wanted to organize a gig for few of this bands (on tour), Neanderthal also for few others, Sux To Be You also for few others, but as we are all friends and part of the same, rather small scene, 3 gigs the same day didn’t seem making sense, so we decided to put it all together.
Also as the Neanderthal distro is participating in releasing the records for few bands from the line up, (and is waking up from hibernation) it seemed as a perfect occasion for Neanderthal kick off party, as the idea for something like that was in the air for quite long. So thats where the name comes from.
In the same time the appeal for solidarity with the Anarchist/Center in Paraguay came around, so we decided to do it all as a benefit for this cause.
It is a 1day festival with live bands // workshops // exhibitions etc. and it is gonna take place in ChaosBar/DenACCO which is squatted autonomous place in Leuven, free from any commercial or authoritarian bullshit.
We are determined to make it a good festival and have a good time, and in order to that;
NO COPS / NO SABAM / NO DRUG DEALERS / NO FASCIST-SEXIST-HOMOPHOBIC CRAP is welcome, and will NOT BE TOLERATED. "
