already for some time there wasn't any news from my favorite noisy duo emerged from the Norwegian forests, La Casa Fantom, and now they are back at full throttle.. they released amazing
new album Blizzard, again on vinyl, with which they added one more notch on their rich and quite impressive discography..
album is great as always, very atmospheric and for now it seems to me as much better than "Burning Eyes" their last work from 2019, only on the first listen here I miss more of those recognizable dual vocals scheme from their older releases, it seems that the bassist Bard took the most of vocal duties this time or maybe I'm wrong because they just sounds similar and considering that I listened it only few times but as already learned from their previous records, only after hundreds of listens you discover all the beauty and hidden gems of their noise.. album artwork is also magical and follows the release perfectly and as seen on some photos record itself looks amazing..
and even more exciting news - this days they are on Euro tour promoting new stuff.. tour is already going for some 10 days and it's almost over but still you can catch them in France or Germany in next few days.. unfortunately, this time they didn't visit this our south-east part but knowing them, most likely they will and probably soon..
also be sure to check out a brilliant new video for the opening song from the album "Into the Flames" on which they are playing and driving through forest in their already legendary blue Mercedes van (I really wonder how much miles does this monster have)..
