MALIŠA BAHAT Malaysia & Singapore tour December 2019 + MALIŠA BAHAT/ZMAR - split 7'' is out now!!

wow, some outstanding news.. some old friends from Mališa Bahat are living their dreams right now.. their first release on vinyl, split with screamo hardcore band Zmar from Czech is out on Catfish Records, Mad Schnautzer Records, Dingleberry Records and Zegma Beach Records and it's available by all those mentioned or by the band itself..

besides that in just two days from now their tour through Singapore and Malaysia starts and I'm sure this will be the best days of their lives.. I would definitely like to be at their places right now..
so if you are in or close to one of those cities don't miss them, especially if you're curious how french screamo from Croatia sounds like..

MALIŠA BAHAT

After four years of touring Europe, we are tremendously excited to announce that next month we will embark on an adventure of a lifetime and do our first tour on another continent.

During our 16 days in Asia, we will be playing six shows in Malaysia and one in Singapore. In the days between, we will take some days off in most of the cities to explore and enjoy these countries even more. We are also taking three days off before the last show to visit the island of Langkawi and finally have the experience of spending Christmas on the beach in bathing suits.

Although this has been in plans for a while, pieces of the puzzle have finally come together, flights and shows are booked and this is happening. Since thanks and gratitudes are in order, first of all, we would like to thank Adam for the original idea and invitation and all that he has done for this to happen (sorry for all the trouble and plan changes), Kimi for booking the whole thing and taking care of the merch (we will have a limited number of new t-shirts, tapes and CDs available only on these shows), Arwith for releasing an Asian edition of the compilation tape, Anvea for taking care of us in Singapore and all the local promoters and crew involved in hosting the shows. We would also like to thank Maja and Elena for all the graphic design work and Elena for joining us on this trip and taking care of our dumb asses.

We are looking forward to all the new places, new people and new bands we will get the chance to meet!

and again this mean machine, anarcho crust grind act, one of the craziest, most friendly and diy dedicated bands out there, Matrak Attakk from Belgium are touring this part of Europe.. this time through Germany and mostly Balkan area.. in something changed line up than they were last time while visiting us, with new bass player who will support them with his own solo project Organes Frits Man on this tour and with their former bassist on drums duty this time.. be sure to check them out if you can, you won't regret and support them by buying something from rich distro they would probably have with them cause they are constantly on the road and are living the true diy story.. I remember them from last year tour when they played in Novi Marof and they stayed in my memory forever and this was for sure one of the best and most fun gig I've ever seen..

one of the craziest bands out there, Californian fast and furious machine, mixing some old school sXe hardcore with D-beat punk and crust, TØRSÖ are touring Europe at the moment.. last gig will be in Ljubljana and it's the closest point to this our shithole which they will bypass this time, same like 3 years ago when they were last time touring here, unfortunately.. I still remember their gig in Zagreb back then in 2014 like it was yesterday and I remember it as one of the best shows I ever seen, at least in Zagreb.. short but furious and unbelievably energetic live shows are what they are known for, so if you have a chance don't miss them, they are here in Europe just for couple of days (Budapest, Vienna and Ljubljana)

on this gig they will be supported by local grindcore band Gemišt and still pretty fresh sludge crust act from Zadar, the croatian La Casa Fantom (heheh) - Ankora which are added to line up just few days ago, and I'm glad they are, cause I missed them last time in Novi Marof.. so most probably see you there, according to the poster start is announced for 16:20 so beware..

some new stuff.. + RULES / THE TRUTH euro tour

last Saturday I was on a gig in Novi Marof, actually it was the 1st stop of new Rules / The Truth euro tour.. arrived there on last few songs of Rules so didn't saw much of them but I'm glad that I saw The Truth once again, 'cause even if their kind of hardcore isn't maybe my favorite genre but they sound really good live.. they had short but pissed off and energetic set with a lot of talk in between the songs trying to communicate with crowd and they kinda succeed in that.. they played this gig with a little mixed line up, the 2nd guitarist was on bass 'cause the original bass player was late during his job obligations and was joining them in Zagreb the day later.. this was their first show in such line up and after some minor "problems" at the beginning it sounded and ends up just well..
anyhow I'm glad that I was there, have seen some old friends after a while and get bunch of stuff from L, like Smrt Razuma and Indikator B tapes which are still pretty fresh and beside CC's new album probably the best stuff that came out from domestic hc punk scene lately.. then Generation Decline - Nothing Left For Us LP, they was playing at Stara škola few weeks ago, and new 'zine made by the crew from Marof, actually some kind of art 'zine about already forgotten skate scene in this town.. nice catch, isn't it?!.. all this L was collecting for me through last few months and he officially becomes my hc punk records dealer, heheh..

well, crew from Stara škola don't stop and they keep hitting us with more and more diy pank gigs from month to month.. after bunch of bands from all over the world (Brazil, Belgium, USA, France, Poland, Hungary, Russia, Italy, Slovakia, Czech R., Germany, Slovenia, Serbia, Finland, UK...) in last year or two, and after couple of punk, post hardcore, garage rock bands we are finally back to the roots with one real crust punk gig which will happen this Friday and with no more or less than a band from the States, great anarcho coloured crust punk act with female vocals and some members involved in mighty Anaeroba's international line up..
they will be supported with pretty new crust punk sludge band from Zadar, Ankora, it seems the same anarcho engaged and they will bring with them distro full of pamphlets, zines, etc. and before the gig will represent their activities around independent publishing Pobuna.. 
must mention, gig posters are just better and better with every new gig and I really like all the effort, enthusiasm and all the story about diy pank gigs in Novi Marof..
